Terms and agreements.

Katror provides design, development, branding, and related digital services under written proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements agreed with each client.

These website terms apply to public use of katror.com and general studio engagement. Project-specific scope, fees, and deliverables always take precedence where a signed agreement exists.

Timelines, milestones, acceptance criteria, and revision rounds are defined before work begins. Changes outside agreed scope follow a written change process.

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, access to required assets, and approvals. Delays in client input may shift delivery dates without penalty to Katror.

• Written proposals define scope, fees, and payment schedule
• Deliverables are deemed accepted unless rejected in writing within the agreed review window
• Third-party licences (fonts, stock, plugins) pass through at cost unless bundled in scope

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. Katror retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause states otherwise.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and studio methods remain Katror property. Custom source code and design files transfer per the signed statement of work.

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or client workspaces, or use our materials in a way that infringes third-party rights.

We may suspend access to the site or workspace where security, abuse, or legal risk is identified.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Katror is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Service liability limits, warranties, and governing law are set out in each client agreement. Where no separate agreement exists, applicable local law governs disputes.
